Resolved Can not open cPanel and my domain is not responding

I was logged in and working fine for the past few days, until Friday morning.
Now, none of my webpages are responding, e.g.,
http://wsf.x10.mx/covid
http://wsf.x10.mx/tv.html

I am able to login to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main, however I can not navigate to my file system, the "open cPanel" button times out after 1 min with error:

This site can’t be reached
x13.x10hosting.com took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Perhaps it was just a coincidence, but near the time of the failure, I was testing various ftp clients for accessing my account.

During testing you managed to get your self blocked for attempting, and failing, ssh logins.

SSH is not available on free hosting, and I know some secure protocols in ftp (SFTP) does use that as their login port which is likely why.

I have removed your IP from the firewall.
