can not remove Redirect of AddonDomain

Hello,
i have problem with my AddonDomain "hotel-lacasona.co.cc"
There is a Redirect, i never used one !, to
"http://x10cossa.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/"

I can not remove the redirection !
Why is the page suspended !
Whats wrong ?

I removed AddonDomain and inserted new, nothing
changed.

Why does it point back to "x10cossa...." i'm now on "lotus" ?

The Subdomain also points to there and is unusable.

Whats wrong.

No i never had something like x10cossa...
I have only :

islamargarita.x10hosting.com (my main domain )
hotel-lacasona.islamargarita.x10hosting.com (the subdomain)
hotel-lacasona.co.cc ( the AddonDomain )

Nothing more.

But my home was located on "cossacks" in former times,
but then some time ago was transfered to "lotus".

Something weird is going on because of the redirection to that subdomain called x10cossa- it looks like an abbreviation of x10cossacks. Perhaps the transfer to lotus caused some kind of bug. We'll need an account manager to please correct this situation.
