Can not send or receive E-mails

Dear Sir,

I can not send or receive E-mails using Squirrel Mail and here are the detailed steps of the errors that I am getting.


1) I type in my browser https://bankmusicclub.com:2096/
2) I log in using the following E-mail: info@bankmusicclub.com

3) If I compose a new E-mail using Squirrelmail I get the following error:

ERROR:Requested action aborted: error in processing
Server replied: 451 Temporary local problem - please try later

If I compose a new E-mail using Horde or Outlook Express I get the same error too.

USING HORDE:
There was an error sending your message: Failed to send data [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 503, response: All RCPT commands were rejected with this error: Temporary local problem - please try later Valid RCPT command must precede DATA)]

Please note that receiving E-mails is aborted too.

Help in that matter is mostly appreciated,

Can you confirm that the bankmusicclub.com is under your cpanel "MX Entry" area, and that it points to an x10 server?

yes it is confirmed

you can even try accessing https://bank.x10hosting.com:2096/

I get the same exact error
