Can not submit new thread in forum

I am trying to post a thread in the review my site section but get the following problem:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 17 bytes) in /home/forums/public_html/includes/functions_search.php on line 197

This is the first time I've tried to start a new thread. I use FireFox 3.5.3 and have no issues on other sites.

I just tested it and got nothing. Try clearing your cache and try again.
