Can not unsuspend account

My account is suspended for not logging in for over 30 days.


When I click the button to unsuspend, it comes up with a box saying that the request is queued and that it could take 1 hour. I have left this running for more than 4 hours and still not working. I have cancelled the request, and tried again, this time leaving it running for about 2 hours and it still doesnt work.


I cant raise a support ticket while my account is suspended now either, can someone please manually unsuspend my account please?

Until the migrations are completed and all systems properly reflect your new server, our systems would try to access the account on chopin, while it may or may not yet have been fully moved over to the new server, thus unsuspension fails.
