Can not use Perl CGI

I've just signed up for new account yesterday...I have a problem with CGI...I want to write a program with Perl...I even checked the simplest program...Bwt , I want to use some class like LWP::UserAgent ,XML::Simple , HTTP::Request ,HTTP::Response .Can anyone please tell me how to do it with my host.
