why i cant access my site and there is this thing that you have to download but after that nothing happen i can even see my website... can anyone help me with this problem?

And you need to provide a little more details, like the link to your site, any script you may be using, etcc...

try clearing your browser cache.

Try to flush your DNS

to flush your DNS


XP And Below:
1.) Go to start->run.
2.) Type in "cmd" without the quotes.
3.) At the command prompt type "ipconfig /flushdns" again without quotes.

Vista:
1.) Click on start->All Programs->Accessories
2.) Right click on the command prompt and pick run as administrator.
3.) At the command prompt type "ipconfig /flushdns" no quotes.

This will flush your DNS and will solve a lot of issues with your computer caching the wrong information.
