I had some type of problem with my database a few days ago. I was no longer able to access my website and was getting the "error establishing a database connection" message. https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/can-no-longer-access-site-after-replacing-style-css.199244/
So after research I created a new database (using Wizard) and imported the old .sql database. I changed the MySQL Users/database/password to the current ones being used for the new database. Now my site is back to working again. But when I try to go into cPanel, MySQL I get the above error.
