Can t access webmail on fris

Hi guys i m having a lot of trouble in my account macnkenzi and i can t gain access to webmail and mails are not accessible i don t know if it s a problem with yours server and i m willing to have informations about i m connecting to the webmail but i can t read anything from any clients what s the matter?? thanks for your swift reply
