I see welcome to x10hosting screen. Did you uploaded the site to your account. If yes then can you give a link to any page so we can check it.
To login to cpanel goto you account panel http://x10hosting.com/control
Click on "View Details" of the Free hosting account
Then Click on "Login to Cpanel" Button.

Did you set the nameservers for the domain to ns1.x10hosting.com, or did you use the ip address of the server?
If you used the ip address you need to update it to match the current ip of the server (I'm honestly not sure which one it is though) - an nslookup on your domain returned 74.63.233.3, which is a datacenter in Dallas Texas, which is where x10's servers -used- to be.
