can\'t login in cPanel

in Hosting Account Management it shows that i haven\'t used any disk space

but when i try to login into cPanel, it says
\"Sorry for the inconvenience!

The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.\"


why??

Please try and remain calm. You won't get any help if you start getting abusive.
We don't know how long it will take. You're going to have to be patient.
