can`t login with ftp or cpanel

Hello,

i`m trying to login with ftpvoyager so i can upload my site, also trying to login to cpanel...

both state that password is incorrect... (i am using the right password)

the account was just created today (saturday) and i got the confirmation emails in my inbox stating that the account has been made...

What do you see when you go to your site?

nothing, i haven`t been able to upload anything... (it states domain available x10hosting + adds)

when i login @ forum or @x10hosting it accepts my password... but when trying cpanel or ftp program, password is not accepted (user name is)

edit:
it`s just as if my domain name hasn`t been registered... thus no Cpanel installed thus no site to access...

seems to be fixed now... suddenly i can log in ...
