You can't delete your account yourself. Why do you need it deleted? You can delete the files yourself, and everything else you may have used like ftp users, databases etc etc. You can change your subdomain by logging into http://www.x10hosting.com/panel.php with forum username/password and clicking Modify Your Account on the right hand side.
You can only have one username (? - if that's what you mean).
