Can x10hosting help me with this account linkng problem?

When I tried to enter my account control panel, they asked me to enter cPanel username. After entering, i got this error.

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

I registered and confirmation email has error. I clicked on the link but displayed this,

Two errors in total. What should I do? I need help as soon as possible. Thanks.
