I'm pretty sure you can, you just add them under Add-On domains in cPanel.

Yessir. Firstly, you can replace your subdomain with your own TLD, and this does not take away from your parked/add-on domain count. Then you can 1, 2, or 3 additional add-on and parked domains each depending on which hosting package you have. You can replace your subdomain from this page and the add-on/parked domains managers are accessible via cPanel.
