What do you mean by php system command. If you are talking about the exec function, it will not be enabled, for security reasons. As for the Net::Traceroute module, I am sure that the admins would consider it if the demand is sufficient.

Why when i make cron job command traceroute ip address > traceroute.log in the traceroute.log i see only one string without hops? Can you make this command work right?
