Can you help me change another server or ip?
China firewall have blocked the ip of the site(http://cnkele.pcriot.com),I can't visit http,ftp or cpanel.
It's not my isp problem ,it's china goverment problem.I can't change goverment.
So I can only beg you,please change another ip or change starka to another server.

You could try a third-party proxy elsewhere on the internet. The ip or server can not be changed in this manner. Instead, you could try requesting for your account to be deleted and then sign up again. There is no guarantee that your new account will be created in a different free hosting server, though.
