my website keep going offline it http://www.frozeninstaller.x10.mx/ for some reason i have to type www. just to get it to load it loads for 5 min then redirect me to site can you please help me thanks.

I'm getting it quickly too, and (thanks to multiple multi-GB software downloads last week) my service is currently throttled to 64kbps and most sites are "broken" for me at the moment.
