Can You ID this game plz?

I used to play an older platformer for the PC. I cannot remember the name of the game, but I do remember what the main player looked like:

He just looked like a smaller version of that.

(and the slightly disproportionate eyes are done on purpose)

Edit: I should also probably emphasize that it is a platformer.

I FIGURED IT OUT Jumper and Jumper 2, try them they are fun.

What was the plot if there was any ?

Also was he the main character ? Also was he that basic ?

There was no plot, just get through the levels.
That is the main character, and he is just that basic.
