I don't know why, at first I tough it's at the refresh code which refresh the page at 10 seconds but after I removed it. It still got me suspended.

Take a look at any WordPress plugins you are using.
Some WordPress plugins are known to cause high system resource usage.

I decided to install a new wordpress and the plugins. Seem to solve it now.
And does the counter get reset? Maybe in the future where it does overload again I can quickly solve it.
