Please note, we will only automatically restore accounts that were NOT suspended as of July 16th, 2010. Any accounts that were suspended will need to request a restore manually after everyone else has been restored.

Currently we are not restoring suspended account. because unsuspended accounts are not fully restored yet. Announcement will be posted in http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/129078-important-update-all-free-hosting-users.html then request your account restore again.

Just a quick ?, when my account gets restored will I have to manually submit a unsuspension request or will it just work as normal?

We'll take care of it at that time. Primary depends on the reason.

It was just an inactivity suspension, since it changed to signing in every month, I forgot and by the time I realised you had already begun the upgrades.

I have restored your web-hosting account. It will still show as suspended in the account panel, but is not actually suspended. This is due to our backend system not updating. The backend system should show the correct information within 24-48 hours. Your website should be fully accessible now and if there is any issues let us know.

Hi thanks for that, at the moment I cannot access http://jamesodonnell.x10hosting.com:2082.

All I now want to do is retrieve the files off the site as I've actually purchased you'r paidfor hosting to avoid any hiccups in the future.

when I try the link to my site I just get a page saying that the domain is available to register.
