can you uplade to me SQL database to my forum sql?

i have sql database of my forum and want to uploade it but cant it give me error couse its big SQL its about 90 Mb
if you can please let me know.

Upload it to your account and reply with the path and the database you want it imported to. Someone will have to import it via command line.
