Disregard above post. I figured it out and it's working now. I had accidentally deleted all the contents of "My Files" including the "public_html" folder. I just needed to create the correct folder structure. I added a 'domains' directory then under that my actual domain, finally creating a new "public_html" directory under the domain directory and it recreated the symbolic link. Directory structure should be My Files/domains/yourdomain.x10.mx/public_html. Discovered this fix in another thread. Thank you and I appreciate the service but I am all good now so again, disregard this post/thread.
