During your transition to the new servers, we experienced a lot of down time. Communication about down time was not made outside the forums and quite frankly the owner of x10hosting.com had said in the forums that anyone complaining did not have to stay with x10hosting.com That statement is what led us to immediately find another web hosting provider. Having said that, we're asking that you immediately cancel our account, as we've moved on to a web hosting provider that actually cares for its customers.
