That's how I read it at least, so I went digging.
Antonio67: Disputing a proxy suspension is only advised if you don't actually -have- the proxy there. If you meant that you didn't know it would suspend you, that's your problem - the TOS indicates quite clearly they are NOT ALLOWED ON X10HOSTING. PERIOD.

Thanks for hiding it too - /home/*CpanelNameWasHere*/www/proxy. Really hard to find, I must say. Hardest I've worked to find what caused a suspension in weeks.
Don't waste staff time disputing suspensions when you've got the stuff right there for the world to see.
