Cancelled Account

Hi guys I just had my account cancelled I believe I'm sure I have broken a rule of the tos or there was a misunderstanding

Can I get my account reactivated please I plan on taking paid hosting within 23 hours.

Your account doesnt seem to be suspended to me.Are you able to login to Cpanel ? if yes then its not suspended.

Thanks Vishal that works fine, i have updated my domain name forwarding to compensate.

I had it set up pointing to:

http://sandybeachit.x10hosting.com/index.html

and this worked fine until today, do you know what might of happened to stop this connection from working ?

(just a note for the future so i know what area i should be linking to) ?

You changed your main domain from http://sandybeachit.x10hosting.com/index.html to sandybeachit.co.cc
So http://sandybeachit.x10hosting.com/index.html doesnt exist.So how would your Redirection work.
Since you changed your main domain to sandybeachit.co.cc you use nameserver in co.cc account instead of redirection.
use this ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
After pointing it ,might take 24 hrs for propagation

Hi i have noticed that when accessing my site here:

http://stoli.x10hosting.com/~sandyit/mail/

the page is corrupted and i am unable to use either webmail i had setup and tested as working.

Can you tell if there has been any further data corrupted and what the reason is i cannot use the old path to my site ?

Ah no problem thanks for the update, sorry for the problem, me being an idiot, thanks for the help, now i know what to look for if i make changes in the future i can beat myself

I think you didnt get me.
you should be able to access mail once the nameserver propagation are over.
your link http://sandybeachit.x10hosting.com/index.html doesnt exist since you changed it to sandybeachit.co.cc.

ALSO PLEASE DONT TRY TO CHANGE YOUR DOMAIN BACK TO http://sandybeachit.x10hosting.com/index.html OR YOU WILL MESS UP WITH WHOLE THING.SO IT WILL BE BETTER YOU WAIT
