Cannot access account management panel, can't unsuspend

Hi, I cannot access most of the pages on my account panel, they report the error-

Fatal error: Class 'Memcache' not found in edited

Also, my unsuspension request never gets completed, it says-

Ran the unsuspension from here, it seems the system we use at least doesn't appear to have been affected with the same error. I'll still forward yours on though; my guess is just the one that's tied in with the account information panel is messed.

Edit: Oh, and the memcache one is already reported.
