Cannot access account manager

I signed up for a Ad Free hosting account yesterday (Oct 15) I got the email that said:

Congratulations, your x10Hosting Ad-Free hosting account has been successfully created. Your account details are as follows:

Username: ajackson
Domain: computec.x10hosting.com
Hosting Package: Adfree

I can log into the cpanel but I can't log into the account management panel. It said:

An Error Has Occurred
The username specified does not exist.

I know it must exist because I can log into the cpanel with it. Please check this out.

Ok... now it let me log in to the account management panel with my fourm username and password... is this right?

Yep, you're supposed to login to the account management panel with your forum username and password. We understand this a little complicated for new users .
