Cannot access acount through FTP and File Manager in cPanel does not load

I'm trying to update my website, but I can't access my File Manager through cPanel. It just keeps saying "Loading" on the page. I also can't access my site through FTP - it will not make a connection to the site. I can log into everything, so I don't think it's a password issue. It just won't load. Can someone please help me out? It would be greatly appreciated!

Starka's under a good amount of load at the moment. It is more than likely the problem that is causing your issues.
