perhaps, "Your" IP is blocked for some reason, every device has a different IP even on the same provider. you can clear you ip or get a new one assigned.
If you can turn of the router that youre using to connect at least overnite, it should be automatically assigned a new IP when you start it up again, and pull the power plug, dont just turn it off by the little off and on switch. Then do http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~help/networking/IP_renew.html
