cannot access cpanel and site!!!

i can not acces cpanel and site as many people today... what is going on .. when i try to log in i got this error message:
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue

what do i do??? plz help

It appears to have been a temporary problem, can you try loading your AMP now.
