Cannot access cPanel (Level)

Hello

Unfortunately due to busy work schedule I could not reply until today so by then the thread was closed. I apologize for the delay.

Thank you for your help, Skizzerz. Visiting the website throws a 403 forbidden error. I realize that I can fix this by entering the cPanel but this is where I'm stuck now.

I followed the directions below,

1. Log out and back into your account portal at https://x10hosting.com/portal (make sure you log out and then log back in, that is important!)
2. Wait 5 minutes
3. Click blue access cpanel button

I also flushed the DNS cache.

However, I tried this several times, waiting 5 and even 15 minutes after logging out, but I still get the login invalid error on the cPanel.

Please try again; I fixed an issue on our backend that was preventing the above three steps from syncing your cpanel password with your portal password upon logging into the portal.

EDIT: Went ahead and fixed your 403 as well -- seems your files were not owned by your account (so something you would not be able to fix yourself)
