Cannot access cPanel or FTP

Hi guys, since the recent migration I cannot access cPanel or FTP.

cPanel I tried this address: http://projetkaryne.exofire.net:2082/
I get "Host in unreachable"

FTP complains about my password, and since I can't go to cPanel to change it I'm stuck
