Cannot access Cpanel or Website

I signed up yesterday and it was working fine about 15 minutes ago. Now I get a "Network Timeout"
"The server at rune4u.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.", I get the same thing when I try to access my Cpanel.

My Cpanel username: Rune4U
website: rune4u.x10hosting.com

what server are you on and can you log into the account control panel on x10hosting through this link
the server if probably down, lotus has been down for ages it goes up for like a minute and then goes down again

no worries but the servers have been transferred over so the servers are a bit crazy at the moment and your site may go down again

i can't wait until the service gets a bit more stable.
