Cannot access cpanel.

Hello!

I'm trying to access my cpanel page via the account panel but I keep getting "Login Attempt Failed". Likely I've forgotten my username and password, as I thought they were the same as my x10hosting login. Is there a way to find out both of them?

and it will tell you your username next to "Username -"

Hi mathematica,

Please make sure you are signing in to Lotus' cPanel (http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082), as logging in to another server's cPanel won't work. Also, note that you are logging in with cPanel username pboard (it's case-sensitive and different from your forum username).
