cannot access cPanel

When I try to log in to cPanel, I get the error invalid user ID.
This is through http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/frontend/x3/index.html
When i try to access it through http://x10hosting.com/panel.php site, I get other errors depending on the browser I use.
