Cannot access cpanel?????!!

Hi

I cannot access my cpanel! I can get into my account fine but when I access the cpanel I have to login again, and it asks for a password, I put it in and it keeps saying Login Attempt Failed??

What username are you trying to use for your cPanel login? A possible solution may be to try changing your password through the account panel. Also, as a precaution I recommend you edit out those passwords and wherever you have used those passwords, change them; a simple rule of thumb is, never post your passwords.

Yes my apologeez for that, I though only the admin reads tickets. I didn't know that it goes to a forum. Anyhow, yes I woul like to change my password ASAP but it asks for a secret answer. I have forgotten it.

You can send the pass to my registered e-mail and I will confirm that its really me. I dont want to put the e-mail address here since you said not to do things like put your information on here.

If you aren't already, try using the username 'bharatob' rather than 'bharatoberoi' when logging into cPanel, this is because cPanel imposes an 8 character limit on the username.

Yes I did that, I tried all the passwords possible and no luck. Its been a while since I logged in, but it HAD to be one of those. Still I cant get in.


I really need this done fast because I have a link that needs to be removed from my page and I need to update the page as soon ass possible.

Hi, I cant change the password because I forgot the secret answer. It asks for the secret answer when I want to reset the password but once again I have forgotten.
