Cannot Access cPanel

Well, when i try to visit my cPanel address, it just time's out?

Any ideas?

Can you try accessing via the IP address? If not could it be there is a firewall blocking port 2082 at your ISP end?

hey accessing from your ftp . if it also didn't came ,then your uar account may be suspended cPanel.
in cpanal you should give the username of the cPanel,not the forum username and pw.
