Cannot access cpanel

Hi,

I can access the account page (and the server is up), I can use ftp, but I can't access the cpanel to create a database & database user.

Username: aarnott
Domain: aarnott.x10hosting.com
Hosting Package: Advanced

Can someone help me access the cpanel? Thanks,

Try logging in at http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082

That cpanel is also not appearing. ie:

The connection has timed out

The server at stoli.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.

Make sure you don't have a firewall blocking port 2082.
