Cannot Access cPannel

I can't seem to access my cPannel I've clicked on it countless times. I've tried different browsers but I just cant get it to open so I can begin uploading files.

Can you log-in to your portal? ( https://x10hosting.com/portal/ )

If so, are you saying that clicking the blue "Access cPanel" button doesn't send you to your cPanel's page?

One reason could be
maybe you are behind a proxy server, which prevents you to access port 2082 & 2083. ex. you maybe on a university network. please check with your IT admin

if these ports are closed and you don't have access to make it open, then please contact web host as they might have option to create a subdomain for cpanel to access it on other port.

As a last option use your hosting account using FTP. Limited functionality but useful when Cpanel is not accessible.
