My site works, and I can access the cPanel just fine, but FTP does not work (and has not worked for some time now).
I have tried with my usual client (FireFTP) as well as net2ftp, and both return an error something like Unable to make a connection. Please try again.
I assume this is related to the work being done on the Chopin server, but could this please be clarified?
Edit: For reference, the ftp server I am attempting to make a connection to is ftp.sosdancn.exofire.net, as specified in the cPanel.
