Cannot Access Hosting Control Panel

Hi there,

It has been a while that I cannot access my hosting control panel. When I type in the correct username and password, it simply sends me back to the login screen with no error message. And if purposefully type in incorrect credentials, it will show me a red error message saying the credentials don't match.

For your reference, I'm using this link to login my control panel:

https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN

to login you should be using https://x10hosting.com/login

when you use the other link it does not register your logins so you risk a suspension
for not signing in every 30 days as required.

That link you referred to was the one that I used to login my dashboard. The link that I provided in my original message was the one that gets opened in a new tab when I click on "Hosting Control Panel" button. i.e. after logging in https://x10hosting.com/login.
