Cannot access Level website

I've been trying the official place for a while but no response.

My website is down for over a month now since the migration from Boru to Level.

I cannot log into the cPanel, and I cannot load my website. Apparently it's a DNS problem and can be fixed via the cPanel but I cannot login to it.

Please help me.

I have restored your site, you should really consider upgrading your forum though -- phpBB 2 is outdated and no longer receiving updates for security.

EDIT: To regain access to your cpanel,
1. Log out and back into your account portal at https://x10hosting.com/portal (make sure you log out and then log back in, that is important!)
2. Wait 5 minutes
3. Click blue access cpanel button

To regain access to your site, you may need to flush your DNS Cache.
