Cannot access my account.

I have created my account in the past (keverdy). I can login in the Forum, but on the main website, it says that my password doesn't work. I cannot understand.

I have not used my account in about 6 months. Now I want to access it but it won't work. So I reset my password. I can now log into the Forum. But not the main website!!! I cannot access my account through the account panel, either. THANK YOU

Are you able to log into your account panel? If so, then you can reset your cPanel password there.

Your account was most likely terminated and deleted for inactivity since you haven't logged into the forums for 6 months. It's required that you log into the forums once every 31 days to stay active. Just in case, please post your cPanel username and someone with more account permissions will have a look to see what happened to your account.

That can't possibly be your cPanel name. cPanel username has a limit of 8 characters and that is 9.
