Cannot access my cPanel account

When i try to logon to cPanel. It says my account is not linked to the forums.

Seriously: compare these: http://rintintin.x10hosting.com/ his, http://www.ontheborder.com/index.asp .

Both say On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, but the second actually -is- official. What reason would this company have to put part of their site on free hosting when it has their own server?
