Dear X 10 Hosting,
I am unable to access CPanel,Email,Or,FTP using filezilla to upload files or contact account. This has happend in the past before, but i dont know if we fixed it really. Iam unable to figure out wats wrong with this thing.
The account url: www.mvamedia.exofire.net Can be seen, but i cant access any of the folders as mention above paragrah.
Can you please advise me to manage this.. I am finding this frustration, because important mails, and site admin, needs to be done.. I really would appreciate if you could assist in this.
