Cannot access my cpanel, site or email...

I am hosted(free) on Stoli and I cannot access any part of my site or anything connected with it. I have only been a member here for 3 days, and haven't got the ads put on all of my pages yet but was going to do so tonight...so i dont think i got banned... but was wondering what is going on??? I need to work on my site, and am expecting some important emails though my domain email addy...
