Cannot access my CPanel

Hi everyone,

I'm brand new here (this site was recommended by a friend, looks awesome by the way!). I'm sadly having issues and not sure if it is because it takes a while to setup.

I created my account and site about 1 hour ago and I can't seem to access my CPanel. When I try, it clocks for a while and times out. Can you please assist?

Are you using a VPN or a proxy by any chance?

Not that I know of but I'm at work so it's not impossible there is a proxy. I'll double check my stuff. I know for a fact there is no VPN.

Check with them if port 2083 is black or white listed.
