Cannot access my new account

Hi,

Yesterday I created a new hosting account; I received the confirmation mail with links to the tiket system and the cPanel. When I click on the cPanel link (http://gnsis.x10hosting.com:2082) the URL is incorrect and I get a browser error. When I want to submit a ticket, I get:

ERROR (2): Domain does not match license key file domain (x10hosting.com), please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This Product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.
