Hello,

Not sure if this is the right section but when i try to click on my profile i get this message:

This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view.

My forum account and cpanel is active.

It is a bug in vBulletin. As descalzo said, any username that has any non alphanumeric characters will appear to not have a profile. Try clicking my username and you will see I have the same problem due to the '-' in my username.
All we can do is wait until vBulletin publishes an update that fixes the bug that then needs to be installed by the X10 staff.

Ok thanks. Is there a way to change username or is that not possible. In my accounts panel it mentions:

Your current forum account is ata.online. You may swap usernames if your primary forum account is linked to another client account.
Every x10Hosting forum account is attached to a client account, and this form allows that attachment to be altered between two client accounts

But i think this is already my primary forum account.

You can register a new forum account and then relink your cpanel account with forum account using that swap option. Don't know whether registering to this forum twice is allowed or not. May be moderators or Admins can help you changing your forum username.

Yes, You can have it on your signature. I don't see any problem with that.

Are you sure?
If only you were one of the forum moderators, i would embed it.
But don't want to risk an infraction!

I'm sure. It's an internal link. Why Corey will have any problem.

Edit:
Oh, You said Moderator. Then wait for Zubair to reply. He is quite active member of this forum so You'll get reply very soon from him.
